Homemade Mayonnaise
Every one loves mayonnaise. This simple recipe will allow you to make home made mayonnaise using the whole egg instead just of yolks.

  • 1 fresh egg
  • 1 cup of oil (we love canola the best)
  • 1 tbsp of lemon juice (or vinegar)
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • ¼ teaspoon of dry ground mustard seeds
To make this recipe you will need a mason canning jar and a blender.
  1. Crack the egg into the jar, add oil, lemon juice (or vinegar), salt, dried ground mustard seeds.
  2. Blend on high speed (if your blender has two speeds) for about one or two minutes.
  3. Enjoy!
